I reach back out to Printicular, tell them I’ve contacted both UPS and USPS and ask them for help- they tell me to contact the post office. I did that and the post office told me to contact the original sender. They told me that the tracking number was one they didn’t recognize and to contact my local post office. This told me my estimated delivery date was 3 days prior, but that my delivery was still “in transit.” So I contacted UPS. They gave me a tracking # and the UPS site to track it. After 7 days rolled around, I still hadn’t seen anything so I reached out to customer service to see where my package was (the confirmation email didn’t provide tracking info).
